We and Austin Reed are offering a service for women who would like Austin Reed clothing that is not available through the standard menus. This could be either modifications to the skirt length, or for an item that is just not offered in the other menus.
We can also have pants and skirts made where there is a style but the color is not available in the size needed: For example; erica skirt in the black & white mini-check.
Timetable: about 4-6 weeks depending on the time of the year.
Your credit card will be billed in full when the order is placed.
Refund policy: Unless the item is defective from the manufacturer, there are no refunds on these items. Please make sure you have tried on the same garment by the manufacturerer in the right size before placing your order. When specifying the needed inches, please err on the side of too long. It is easy to get them shortened by any good tailor (including our tailor if you like).
