Return & Exchange Policy

We sincerely hope that you will be very happy with your on-line purchases. If, for any reason, you want to return or exchange any items, send an email to us with a brief description of what is wrong and whether you want an exchange or refund. Please feel free to call if that is easier for you.

All items returned for exchange or refund must have all tags and must not have been altered, laundered, damaged or worn.

We will gladly refund or exchange up to two items of a category without a restocking charge. Any pieces greater than two will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If in doubt, please test with one or two items before committing to a larger purchase.

All returns or exchanges must be made within two weeks of the delivery of the product. We reserve the right not to accept items back for refund or exchange if returned to us after the stated two week period.

Please insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Items should be packed in the same manner as they were received.

We will credit you with the full amount of the purchase not including shipping charges.
