All men's coats feature two inside pockets with leather trim and zippers. See adjoining picture.
Optional Wool Lining: we can have Remy add a beautiful light weight wool lining to the coat. It is permanent and cannot be removed. The charge for the wool lining is $50
UP CHARGES: We are able to make many of the jackets in sizes 50 and above, and are also able to make them long or extra long. Depending on the size chosen there will be additional charges to cover those modifications.
Listed below are some (but not all ) of the skin and color options available from Remy:
Remy Lite RL: is a suede product with a light resin finish. Very light weight and very supple. The number one skin in the line. 7 colors. Peat is black in the Remy light.
Ranger Nubuck RA: This nubuck product is made of English Domestic lambskins. Nubuck means that the skins is finished on the grain side with the top layer being buffed (removed) revealing a nap. 3 colors. Our first choice for a heavier skin. Supple but earthy for a classic look.
Butterskin BS: Made from the highest grade of English lambskin, this skin has a tight structure that creates a very supple skin with a slight gloss due to the aniline finish. Slightly heavier than RL and dressier due to the higher gloss finish. 5 Colors.
Distressed DG: English domestic lambskin finished on the flesh (suede) side. DG is double contrast dyed for a more distressed look.
Skin Color: Please note that while we make great effort to show the skin colors in great detail (more than any other web site), we cannot guarantee that the coat you receive will be identical to what is shown here. Dye lots of skins can vary greatly, especially in the brown tones.
Specs and dimensions: "specs are not exact, they are only meant to be used as a guide. in production measurements can vary from +/- 1/4" to 3/4"".
